Kinly Time ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Kinly Time mobile application ("App").
Kinly Time is a parenting app designed to help parents track meaningful time spent with their children, log activities, view insights, and create reminders for family moments.

We do not operate our own backend servers that store your Kinly Time app content. Optional iCloud sync uses Apple’s services under your account.

Kinly Time may send local notifications to remind you about family time, when you allow them.
Kinly Time does not use advertising trackers and does not track you across apps or websites for ads.
We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.
The App allows parents to enter information about their children to organize activities and insights. The App is intended for use by adults (parents or guardians).
Parents and guardians are responsible for what they enter and should supervise use of the App.
You control your data and can remove it in several ways.
Delete Account removes your profile, Sign in with Apple reference stored for the App, children, sessions, reminders, and activity types from the device, and deletes your corresponding profile record from Kinly Time’s CloudKit data where applicable. This action cannot be undone. You do not need to send a separate email to complete account deletion in the App.
Deleting your account or data in the App does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Removing the App from your device typically deletes locally stored data on that device. It may not remove data already synced to your iCloud; use Delete Account or Apple’s iCloud settings if you need to clear cloud-side profile data.

Those services are provided by Apple and are covered by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to certain processing.
Because most data is on your device—and account deletion is available in the App—you can often act directly without contacting us. You may also contact Apple regarding data processed through Sign in with Apple or iCloud.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy (subject to any stricter requirements in your region).
