Welcome to Kinly Time. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kinly Time mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Kinly Time is a parenting app designed to help users track time spent with their children, log activities, view insights, and create reminders.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your Apple ID.
We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from unauthorized access to your device or your Apple account.
You may permanently delete your Kinly Time account and associated data at any time in the App by going to Profile → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm; the process is completed entirely in the App—no separate email request is required.
Account deletion removes your profile, the App’s reference to your Sign in with Apple identifier, and local data such as children profiles, activity sessions, reminders, and activity types. Where you use iCloud features, your Kinly Time profile record in your private CloudKit data will also be deleted when deletion succeeds on Apple’s side. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel any active Kinly Time subscription billed through the App Store. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings (see below).
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the App, including child profiles, activity logs, and reminders.
The App stores most data on your device. Limited profile-related data may sync through your private iCloud (CloudKit) when you use Sign in with Apple and applicable features. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Kinly Time may offer optional premium subscriptions.
Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple.
All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Kinly Time or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except as allowed by applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account as described in Section 2.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinly Time and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms, except where a stricter rule applies in your jurisdiction.
